Star Wars Battlefront is getting its own special-edition PlayStation 4, Sony announced today.
The console sports an epic Darth Vader design and launches November 17 alongside the game. It comes with the Battlefront Deluxe Edition, as well as a custom DualShock 4 controller inspired by Darth Vader’s chest panel. For a closer look, click through the images in the gallery below.
Also included in the package are four free digital games:
They each are playable for the first time on PS4, and have “enhanced graphics” and trophy support.
In addition to the special-edition PS4 Battlefront bundle, Sony will release a standard bundle that comes with a regular PS4, jet black DualShock 4 controller, a copy of Battlefront, and the four digital Star Wars games.
Sony also announced today that Disney Infinity 3.0 is also getting a Darth Vader PS4 bundle. It comes with everything mentioned above, but instead of Battlefront, you get Disney Infinity 3.0, including the Disney Infinity Base, the Rise Against the Empire Play Set Pack (featuring Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa figures, as well the Rise Against the Empire Play Set piece), and the Boba Fett figure.
The Boba Fett figure will be exclusive to PlayStation console through the holiday.
This bundle will be exclusive to Walmart.
Pricing was not announced for any of the new PS4 bundles revealed today. We’ll have that information for you as soon as it’s announced.
Also during D23 today, a new piece of concept art for Battlefront’s free Battle of Jakku DLC was released. Take a look at the image below and let us know in the comments what you think about it.
