Funny, but once upon a time it was a huge undertaking to scrape together so many free games each year. Six months ago, however, I was joking that it was becoming more and more of a challenge to trim this list down to a hundred and one. Well, with the flourishing of independent and especially browser based games there far more than that coming out almost monthly. Of course, they’re still mostly crap and need a bit of boiling down, but there are easily more than enough for me to put one of these lists together a couple times a year now.
So, here’re 1UP’s picks for the first half of 2010! I hope you enjoy, and if I’ve in some small way helped to destroy your employer’s bottom line by encouraging more screwing around at work, well, that’s thanks enough..
