Humble Bundle has built a following amongst gamers by combining “bundle” sales and flash sales with a sales model that directs resources to charities. Now the online vendor is taking another step in growing the business with the creation of The Humble Store. The new sales channel will function like most other online retailers in which you select your titles, add them to your cart, make your payment, and then wait for your download to complete.

Humble Bundle promises they will continue to offer their titles at a deep discount and to help demonstrate this, they are starting things off with a series of one-day sales to celebrate the new store’s opening. They will also continue to make a donation to charities, though the percentage is now set at 10% on all Humble Store sales instead of letting the buyer select the amount on a sliding scale. For buyers, this means they can access the library to grab a title without having to wait for it to show up in a bundle and then springing for other titles they may not be interested in.
