With the HTC One Mini ready to start hitting carrier shelves in the near future, units are getting into the hands of individuals for testing, preparation of marketing materials, and other activities required to bring a new product to market. A source in Bulgaria claimed one of the units landed in the hands of someone who managed to take some pictures of the new smartphone.
The source indicated the device came with a 4.3-inch display running at 1280 x 720 resolution and Android 4.2.2. The core chipset and memory is expected to be the same as the HTC One, making it just as powerful as its larger sibling.
