The newest game in the Need for Speed series appears to be placing an emphasis on story if the trailer released today is any indication.
Besides some brief glimpses of actual gameplay, the trailer focuses on an incident involving a woman and someone named Chuck who are stuck in a car that’s flipped over in front of a moving train.
The video’s description reads, “It’s called The Run. An illicit, high-stakes race across the country. The only way to get your life back is to be the first from San Francisco to New York. No speed limits. No rules. No allies. All you have are your driving skills and sheer determination as you battle hundreds of the world’s most notorious drivers on the country’s most dangerous roads.”
