If you put all of the world’s leading competitive Donkey Kong players in one arcade for a massive tournament, would a new “King of Kong” be crowned? That’s what Richie Knucklez, a top ranked competitive gamer in his own right, intended to find out by conceiving and hosting The Kong Off, a contest that set ten of the top U.S. and Canadian Donkey Kong players against each other in a two-day, high-score-takes-all event.
