Another day another worm blown up. Team17 brings all the Hardcore PC Worms fans another spin on this title.
Offering more to the  title on the already straight forward and Classic series. As the quote describes they kept what worked and enhanced it, to our
amusement, Quite well!

Story: you are a Worm, you blow stuff up, that’s about it. The game explains itself.

Gameplay: While playing the game we were quite locked on to the style of combat where you have to figure out how to take out enemy worms which have been toned up to well quite frankly kick seven shades of crap out of you, making you think on your toes, while the levels were well thought out we hope that Team17 comes out with more Map packs where we may play offline for those long sweaty days in the office. Over all the controls were easy to follow and carry out without any delay. A Very fun game online Vs four other players. Minimal to smooth connection allowed us to face a few folks and kick some serious worm butt. Creating levels was a smooth transaction giving you plenty of tools to playwith giving you a chance to tweak some of y our old map designs back in your old Worms: Armageddon Days.

Graphics: The classic setting is here, the cartoony and simple textures of those rememberable worms are in this game. All of the grapfics to the tiny tombstone looked sharp and great on our HD montors as will it look fantastic on your SD as we tested this aspect. This game looks fantastic and will please those with whiny eyes for classic games.

Setting: Worms, Alot of Random themes, millions of designs to put together, enuff’ said. All of this does make it interesting and stylish seeing hats to the different themes. The game is set up on a sidescroller perspective with distructable terrain and many of cartoonish weapons to blow the skull off your fellow worm.

Overall: A Great remake of the old school Worms games we all grew up with and played much can be said about the game but again its to some the same old same old but no new comers its something that allows you to experiance the fun that your older brother braged about and your dad BBS bootleged.

Final Score: 9.8
+ Classic fun as we all remembered
+ Solid multiplayer
+ Visuals were a clean and impressive port to the PC
+The Gameplay!!!
– Hoping for more map packs in the future
– A storymode would have made a fun twist for the game but was not a major problem for us.
