It’s true. Scheduled to hit the market on Jan. 30th, Red Wasp’s take on a turn-based strategy RPG based on H.P Lovecraft’s works, looks to be an experience I’d like to have. Thing is…I’m going to want to have it on the iOS, at least for now.
Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land seems to be taking place during World War I, where some soldiers, cult-leaders, and eldritch horrors collide. Aside from a few gems on touch-devices, I’m hardly ever excited for the release of a title on the platform. The Wasted Land has changed that trend. I can only hope Red Wasp Designs nails the strategy RPG parts of this Cthulhu game. Not a lot else is known about the property at this time.
