Citizen Skywatch has all the earmarks of a placeholder site (zero information, zero content, great font, etc), but a placeholder for what? A whois search reveals that the domain is registered to Take-Two Interactive, and that its listed physical address is the same address listed for Rockstar‘s official site, so we can safely infer that it will at least be tangentially related to games. Probably.
What do you think? Is Citizen Skywatch an unannounced IP from the folks that gave us Red Dead Redemption? Perhaps it’s the fledgling seed of an ARG, silently waiting to bombard us with quadruple-encrypted photos and cyphers?
