A Boy and his Blob was on the 3DS release schedule when Nintendo unveiled the platform during E3, but now it seems that the platformer isn’t under development after all.
“The Blob announcement at E3 was incorrect… We’re not developing blob for any systems currently,” a spokesperson from developer WayForward Technologies told Eurogamer.
What had been a classic NES title was revived for the Nintendo Wii last year.
