THQ has announced a sequel to Marvel Super Hero Squad, the series that features a somewhat more kid-friendly take on the Marvel universe.
The sequel will be based on the second season of the Cartoon Network show, but will feature a different villain. Instead of battling Thanos, players will have to deal with Doctor Doom and his Lethal Legion.
Co-op will be returning for the sequel, and there will be new puzzle elements requiring heroes to use their individual powers to proceed.
