So the world’s first Tegra 4-based smartphone is a little late hitting the shelves— big deal. At least the latest leaks show that the ZTE U988S— also known as the Geek U988S— is very much real and looking like a nearly-finished product, thanks to what appears to be a set of promotional photos that have surfaced for your viewing pleasure. As you can see, the device still features that smooth red color which houses the 5-inch 1080p display, 1.8GHz Tegra 4 processor, 2GB of RAM and 8MP camera. As great as it is seeing a clear view of the upcoming smartphone, there’s still no telling when the smartphone will hit Chinese (and international) markets, so we will still have to deal with a little bit mystery for a little while longer.
