Grand Theft Auto parent publisher’s trademark applications cover comic books and graphic novels.
Grand Theft Auto parent publisher Take-Two Interactive filed new trademark applications this week for Codex, Carnate, and Double Take.
The trademark applications filed September 30 with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) do not cover video games.
Instead, the applications cover a range of downloadable and physical materials like comic books and graphic novels, as well as entertainment and educational services.
“We dont comment on our trademark applications,” a Take-Two representative told GameSpot.
