Steam has a habit of offering tremendous deals throughout the year, particularly around the holidays. In an attempt to make you want to spend even more of your money on digital PC games, Valve has announced that Steam will now be home to new deals on a daily basis.
Beginning today, a 24-hour-only deal will be offered everyday on Steam. The very first such deal is 75% off Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, bringing its price down to just $5.00. (And, nicely enough, there’s a demo available if you’d like to try it out before taking the plunge.)
As someone who has spent copious amounts of money on games during Steam sales that I don’t have the time to play, I’m scared for what this could mean for my wallet. On the bright side, this is a great way to build up a collection of PC games.
