The live-action teaser for Resistance 3 didn’t give us much to go on, but now we may be getting our first look at the game’s visual style. A Flickr account posted screenshots and concept art today, likely leaked from Sony in preparation for a post on the PlayStation.Blog. The art shows off new breed of Chimera, along with a new hero for reasons which should be obvious if you finished Resistance 2. The screens and artwork also sometimes show the same sense of isolation and sparse population from the live-action trailer, so infer from that what you will.
These are all unconfirmed until Sony gives official word, but we expect that to be any time now. The impending blog post is likely to share new gameplay details as well, so we’ll keep an eye out. In the meantime, check out some of the new screens and artwork below, and take a look at our gallery for all of them in higher resolution.
