Save humanity, or forgo your humanity. One pill at a time.

Big Pharma, a capitalist dream for aspiring prescription-drug overlords, is available now on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux – DRM-free on GOG.com with a 20% launch discount.

In Big Pharma, you’re in charge of a soon-to-be-massive pharmaceutical company. You make medicine, drugs for the people (or is it the masses?). That’s a lot of responsibility, and one of the biggest questions in Big Pharma is just how much you care.
The game is a mix of business simulation, in which you’ll make all the tough decisions about your company, and a game of logic, in which you’ll plan out your production lines, recipes and the nitty gritty of your final product. It’s up to you what you make, what it takes to produce, and how you balance any potentially awful and beneficial side effects. The market is full of competition, and when we’re talking heart medicine or contraceptives, the stakes can get high. Sure, you can dominate the market with your cheap and dangerous product, but is that really winning?

Big Pharma is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com The launch discount will last until Thursday, September 3, 12:59 PM GMT.

“It’s rare – for me anyway – to find a game that you can start in the morning, then an hour or so later you find you’re calling the clock a liar for pretending it’s now 10 in the evening…” -Dark World Gaming
