Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the four-player, cooperative Ratchet game, had its release date revealed today: It’ll be out on October 18, 2011, exclusively for PlayStation 3.

Sony also announced the free items you’ll get for pre-ordering at different retailers; each will provide access to one of four different weapons or mods so they can be used much earlier than they otherwise would. Amazon is giving out the T-Rex Morph Weapon Mod, which turns enemies into baby dinosaurs; Best Buy has the flamethrower; GameStop has Mr. Zurkon, the hovering robot who automatically attacks enemies; and Wal-Mart has the Sheepinator Morph Weapon Mod, which turns enemies into sheep.

Zurkon has been a fan favorite in past games, and is the best of the pre-order goodies, in my opinion. The trailer above shows each of the four in action to make it easier to decide where to buy the game. Or, it might just make it harder, should you want more than one — and who doesn’t want to turn an enemy into a sheep and then light them on fire while Mr. Zurkon rains destruction? Thankfully, you’ll be able to gain access to all four eventually by playing through the game.
