It’s all but confirmed that Android 4.4 and the new Nexus 5 phone will be announced tomorrow, on Halloween. A fitting date for the launch of the ‘Kit Kat’ OS.
We’re likely to see some changes on the Google Play website once both are announced, but for now, we’re actually seeing some differences in the Devices section UI of the site.
The site offers a series of drop-downs on the Nexus 7 page which will allow customers to select specifics about the device they’re about to purchase, including internal memory and connectivity.
This marks a pretty good improvement, making it easier for customers to see exactly what they’re buying, and feel more comfortable and confident in their choices.
