HTC_One_Max_Back_HTC_Logo_02_TAHTC has reported a drop in revenue for last month when compared to last year. November’s revenue came in at $522 million, a 27.1% drop from the same time last year. Although that is an increase over October, it is still a dramatic decline year-over-year. Also, with the exception of this month (December), HTC has generated more than $6 billion this year.

Market share is certainly an issue. HTC One sales by now are likely stagnant and the One Max was only released by the end of November. Luckily, HTC’s 2014 flagship, which is codenamed as the M8, is rumored to be on the horizon. And this future device is likely to give the Taiwanese company a much needed boost with impressive specs. We’d love to see HTC find a ton of success, but it may be tough when their largest competitor, Samsung, is rumored to be answering the prayers of consumers next year.
