A new Chibi Robo! game is coming to the 3DS, Nintendo announced today during a Nintendo Direct presentation in Japan.
If you’re not familiar with the series, previous Chibi Robo games let you play as the tiny, titular robot, who goes around completing menial tasks to make your owners, the Sanderson family, happy.
The new Chibi-Robo! for 3DS looks a little different. Instead of roaming around in a fully 3D environment, it’s a more traditional side-scrolling platformer in the style of New Super Mario Bros., only Chibi-Robo can use his power cord to perform special moves.
Amiibo collectors might be more interested to learn that Chibi Robo is also getting his own amiibo in addition to the game, which you can see in the image below.
The game is set to release in Japan in fall 2015.
