A new Conan the Barbarian title is being pitched to prospective developers and publishers, license holder Paradox Entertainment revealed today.
Paradox Entertainment (not to be confused with strategy game developer Paradox Interactive) is partnering with Digital Development Management to make sure the game becomes a reality. It will not necessarily be based on next year’s franchise reboot, said a DDM representative.
Conan is no stranger to videogames. Robert E. Howard’s universe last featured in Funcom’s Age of Conan, and has also starred in numerous third-person action games on everything from Amiga to the Xbox 360.
