Uber Entertainment has resolved to support Monday Night Combat, and part of that includes a massive list of updates in an upcoming patch. The developer is testing the title update now, and hopes to send it off for certification soon. Among the dozens of fixes coming, a few standouts include lobby revisions, lag reduction, money and damage fixes, several user-end exploits, and a few class-specific balances. Check out the full list for more details.
Uber is also promising three downloadable content packs. Details are sparse right now, but the first one will include new content, along with some gameplay adjustments and bug fixes alongside it. This first pack of downloadable content will be free, so whatever is coming will be ubiquitous. Though it goes unsaid by Uber, we expect the second and third packs to be paid DLC.
Finally, if you’re heading to PAX this weekend, Uber will be representing Monday Night Combat with a merch booth, featuring t-shirts, prints, and character statues (above). The blog doesn’t drop word on when (or even if) these items will be available outside of PAX, so if you’re heading to Seattle you might want to pick them up while you can.
