Modern Warfare 2 has overtaken Brain Age as the the UK’s best selling game ever, according to Chart-Track (via Gamasutra).
Modern Warfare 2 didn’t crack the Top 10 this week, but it did manage to surpass Nintendo’s brain training title. It took only 10 months for the Infinity Ward shooter to accomplish the feat, while Brain Age took 36 months to surprass Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Meanwhile, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days managed to grab the top spot on the UK charts in its first week on the market. Just Dance remains a top seller, while Mass Effect 2 returned to the Top 10 following EA’s announcement that the game will soon be ported to the PS3.
