Microsoft is offering a pretty good deal for any big spenders on the Xbox Live Marketplace in October. The official site gives word that users who spend 2400 Microsoft Points ($30) in October will receive 800 MSP ($10) back. The free points will be deposited automatically into user accounts, and should come by the end of November.
Microsoft has done similar promotions regularly, usually during the annual Summer of Arcade. And though this coincides with the fall Game Feast promotion, what sets this deal apart is that it isn’t tied to particular Xbox Live Arcade titles. Any 2400 points during October will net you the reward, so if you’ve been holding out on a few DLC packs or Arcade games, now is the time.
