Marvelous Entertainment, owners of the Harvest Moon franchise, launched a free web version of the popular farming sim in Japan last week (via 4Gamer.net) called Minna de Bokujo monogatari (“Harvest Moon with everyone”).
The browser-based game allows players to build their own farm on an island by growing crops and raising animals. Trees can be cut down and rocks mined for raw materials which in turn can be used to build fences and other equipment. Players earn experience through completing these tasks or by visiting other farms and “helping” with chores.
