This deal will give you a coupon code for 50% off an on-contract Moto X and 30% off without a contract. But the catch is that you have to be among the first 5,000 to request the a code. I’m not too sure that many Ellen fans are yearning for a Moto X, so you should be in the clear to get a code. Hit the break for instructions (they’re the same as before).

To take advantage of the deal, you have to:

2. Put the rest of your information in the form.
