Update: 2K Games announced its PAX Prime lineup in an email today. Besides mentions of Borderlands 2 and The Darkness II, it’s mentioned that Citizen Skywatch is an alternate reality game connected to XCOM. PAX attendees “will be able to step into Citizen One’s Seattle bunker as he recruits new agents into Citizen SkyWatch to expose the government’s attempts to cover up the unknown threat invading our skies.”
Original Story: Grand Theft Auto publisher Take-Two has launched a new website for something called Citizen Skywatch, possibly hinting at the announcement of a new game.
The domain name citizenskywatch.com was discovered by Fusible recently. Looking at the whois information reveals Take-Two as the owner, and it also shows that the Rockstar Games website is among the domain servers it points to, although that in and of itself doesn’t mean anything.
