Child of Eden

The PlayStation 3 version of Child of Eden has been pushed back by several months. It will still be hitting the Xbox 360 sometime in June in the United States, followed by a PS3 release in September.

IGN reports that the delay, while unfortunate, will bring a much welcome feature in PlayStation Move support. Questions about Move had been previously met with a “no comment” by Q Entertainment’s Tetsuya Mizuguchi. The delay is certainly preferable to the rumors that surfaced last month suggesting the game would not be coming to the PS3 at all.

Child of Eden is considered to be the spiritual successor to one of Mizuguchi’s most noteworthy games, Rez.
