GameSpot already shared its best games from E3 2014, but we also opened this up to you, the audience. The voting has been tallied, and we can finally announce the winners for the games you were most excited about following this year’s E3.
Note that these were all games playable at the show flloor, so anticipated titles like The Legend of Zelda for Wii U and The Division were not eligible.
The overall winners (with their total percentage of your votes in parentheses):
1st place: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (23%)
- 2nd place: Dragon Age: Inquisition (12%)
- 3rd place: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (9%)
And here’s the breakdown by console.
- PS4/Xbox One/PC Winner: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
- Wii U/3DS Winner: Super Smash Bros.
- Vita Winner: Freedom Wars
- PS3/Xbox 360 Winner: Dragon Age: Inquisition
Note: Although the same game won across current-gen and last-gen platforms, voting was conducted for each platform independently.
And keep in mind that you can get a glimpse at how the most-anticipated upcoming games stack up in the GameSpot Fifty.
