A recent benchmark out of Italy has leaked onto the internet, and if it’s to be believed, then we can tell you that Acer has something pretty big in the works. Apparently, this mystery device has a Tegra 4 chipset, a display of 2560 x 1344 pixels, and a full 2GB RAM.
If this is to be the Nexus 7 successor, it’s definitely going to be pretty impressive. This device is about twice as fast, and the display is almost as good as a Chromebook Pixel. The specs are definitely a bit too impressive for a $200 tablet, so that’s where we think it’s not the next big Nexus device.
None of this is official, so just take it all with a grain of salt. More to come as we get more info on this mysterious device. Picture of the benchmark after the break—
