The popular game-slash-editing-tools Garry’s Mod has finally hit the Mac, reports Big Download. The creator was working on it in July and seemed optimistic about the ease of converting Source games. He promised it wouldn’t be “ages away,” and he was right. Garry’s Mod needs another Source engine game installed to run, but after that small step you can create all sorts of bizarre scenarios like the one above.
To celebrate, the game is receiving a 50% discount on Steam for the next week. That makes it $4.99, cheap enough to just buy a Source game if you don’t already have one. Buying the game will let you download it to your Mac and PC, so those who already own the game on PC should be able to download it on the Mac for free.
