Bill Gates. Co-founder of Microsoft, Xbox salesman, drinker of poop water? Yep, that’s him.
The Microsoft icon recently took a trip to north Seattle to see a new machine, the Omniprocessor, which turns human waste into clean drinking water and electricity.
To prove to people that the Omniprocessor, created and developed by Janicki Bioenergy, is the real deal, Gates took a sip of water that was human waste just five minutes earlier.
The verdict? “The water tasted as good as any I’ve had out of a bottle,” Gates says. “And having studied the engineering behind it, I would happily drink it every day. It’s that safe.”
