Due to an unexplained and unexpected problem, AT&T stopped their previous 4.3 OTA push to their Galaxy S 4. Today, it looks like they’ve resumed the updates with a slightly new build than the previous one thus assuming that some sort of a fix was made. Nonetheless, the update brings the build number to 1337UCUEMK2 and here is the official changelog per Samsung:
- Android 4.3 OS upgrade
- Samsung Galaxy Gear compatibility
- Group Play 2.5
- Samsung Apps
- Knox
- Drag and drop to uninstall or disable applications
- Call reliability improvements
