While it was widely speculated, it’s now confirmed that the rumored HTC M4 is indeed the HTC One Mini, and it certainly looks just like the name itself. Seen alongside the HTC One above, the One Mini looks like an exact carbon copy of the One, just smaller of course. To me, it looks a lot like the iPhone 5 in terms that the screen is more long than wide. Either way, you can expect the One Mini to have a 4.3″ screen and while we don’t quite know yet the resolution or panel type of the screen, I’m assuming it’ll be a 720p S-LCD2 or S-LCD3 panel.
The One Mini will still have the nice aluminum body just like it’s big brother, but there will also be a plastic ring around the side itself. It also looses the IR blaster that the One has, but it looks like the BoomSound feature is still in tact. The One Mini will most like have the same processor as the HTC First, a dual-core Snapdragon processor and will ship with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
