Mojang’s getting pretty busy! Of course, they are continuing to update their massive indie hit Minecraft. Also, under Jens Bergensten instead of founder, Markus “Notch” Persson, they’re working on the upcoming title Scrolls (No relation to the Elder Scrolls, folks). Mojang has no less than three other unannounced titles, at least two of which should be announced in the first half of 2012. One of them may even be released in the same time period. The third on the other hand, is in the very early stages being headed up by Notch himself, with Jens saying “he doesn’t know himself” what it’s going to be quite yet.

Obviously, Mojang has expanded quite a bit since it was just Notch by himself working on Minecraft. And, they are trying to establish a brand identity at least a little bit separate from the esteemed dev “celebrity”. These ambitious goals are a lot for any company, and it should be interesting to see how it pans out for them.
