The Following game “Flooded” was provided to thedailygamepad.net and was given to thedailygamepad.net for free by the developers/publishers of the game. I would like to thank the developers/publishers on behalf of thedailygamepad.net for providing a free copy of the game to play for this video and for review.

In the inverted city-building game Flooded, you must maximize your output on a shrinking island. As the world around you begins to flood, gather enough resources to flee to safety.

I wasn’t sure if I would like Flooded when I was first asked to play it because it includes RTS aspects and I usually steer clear of games of that genre. But Flooded really impressed and fascinated me. I loved that it wasn’t simply another RTS game; it also featured components of time management and city-building, which is what made the game enjoyable to me.

In addition to two other modes that may be unlocked using gems obtained through playing the game, the game has a campaign mode. You have three options for the campaign mode: easy, normal, and hard. I played in easy mode because I wasn’t sure how the game would work for me. which turn out to be extremely simple. The ability to alter the game’s level at the conclusion of each chapter is one of the things I liked about it. The game provides a tutorial that explains how to play the game and what each game element performs. According to what I played, the game still reveals any new features after the first chapter.

The aesthetics of the game were another factor that pulled me in. The game was really visually appealing in my opinion. It brought back memories of old video games for me. I enjoy games with voxel visuals, and that contributed to keeping my interest throughout the game. I became quickly engrossed in the game and eager to play more of it.

Overall, I strongly advise you to add the game Flooded to your list of games to play if you enjoy playing RTS, time management, and city-building games. You may purchase Flooded on PC through Steam for $12.99 USD with a Sale Price of $11.69 USD through April 24th, 2023, if you want to play it for yourself.
