When he’s not busy being the mayor of Metro City, Mike Haggar is appearing on Capcom employees’ computer monitors during Halloween parties. Spotted above, Haggar is seen in what appears to be the Servbot stage of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 behind a costumed Capcom employee. Shoryuken also speculates his elbow is what appears to be cut off in the right side of the image.
While Haggar appeared way back when in Saturday Night Slam Masters, the former wrestler turned city mayor has yet to make an appearance in a fighting game proper. Could Marvel vs. Capcom 3 be it? It’s certainly possible — Capcom has since removed the photo from its Halloween party gallery.
