Another launch title for the Nintendo 3DS eShop has been announced. A 3D version of Excitebike will be made available as a part of the “3D Classics” line which revives classic games in three-dimensions.
The game will be made available for free following the launch of the eShop next month, which is being introduced by a 3DS firmware update. It’s a limited time offer and the announcement was made only for Japan, so at this point it’s unclear if the game will make it other regions and what it’s pricing would be if it does.
Capcom revealed the Prototype Version of Mega Man Legends 3 recently as another eShop launch title. Its price hasn’t been announced, but it will be a significant title as its success will determine the future of the full Legends 3 game.
